These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jilievo1 ("jilievo1," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jilievo1 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the jilievo1 Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the jilievo1 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, which is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jilievo1, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are not using the Platform under the influence of substances that impair your judgment.

jilievo1 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure. Any winnings accrued by an ineligible player may be voided and forfeited.

To access real-money games and services on jilievo1, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.

You are permitted to hold only one (1) account on the jilievo1 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jilievo1 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify jilievo1 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. jilievo1 reserves the right to suspend your account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorized access.

All financial transactions on the jilievo1 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). jilievo1 supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your account instantly. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day to be reflected in your account balance. jilievo1 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. jilievo1 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request.

• Funds deposited via a specific payment method must be wagered at least once before withdrawal.
• Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms.
• jilievo1 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Player accounts with no activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to an inactivity fee of ₱50 per month, deducted from the account balance.

jilievo1 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a bonus offer, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable bonus terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• jilievo1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or engaging in arbitrage betting — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account termination.
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to jilievo1 support immediately. jilievo1 reserves the right to reclaim any erroneously credited bonus funds.

All bets placed on the jilievo1 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market. These rules are available within the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. jilievo1 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error.

For sports betting, jilievo1 reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void bets, or adjust odds in response to events including but not limited to: match abandonment, postponement, changes to the rules of the relevant sport, or the discovery of information that materially affects the integrity of the market.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilievo1 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to use your account, or using any third party's account.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the operation of the Platform or negatively affects other players' experience.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the Platform.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.

All content on the jilievo1 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game content, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of jilievo1 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content; use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools; or frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of jilievo1's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jilievo1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

jilievo1's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilievo1 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilievo1 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will use reasonable endeavours to maintain Platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform.

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. jilievo1 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur as a result of using the Platform, provided that the Platform has operated in accordance with these Terms.

jilievo1 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations serving the Philippine market. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or regulatory bodies with authority over online gaming in the Philippines.
